Toronto’s Great Streets

The Ryerson City Building Institute is a multidisciplinary centre that focuses on urban issues on a national and global level. Ryerson CBI approached RallyRally to create a visually compelling and accessible report to help shift street planning and design from “cars vs. people” or “bikes vs. transit” towards context-sensitive streets that balance movement and placemaking. The project looked to showcase five of Toronto’s visionary street designs from the last decade, as well as five currently active redesigns in a way that would appeal to the public as well as to policymakers.
